Rummy, We Hardly Knew Ya!!!

And so on this day of mandates and landslides, we gather together to note the resignation of Donald Rumsfeld. Is there a dry eye in the house? I doubt it. It's always sad when an overpaid, arrogant white fat cat gets shown the door, but someone had to take the fall for Iraq.
Just one question: Wouldn't it have made sense for the main architect of the war to step down, oh, I don't know, a few months BEFORE the election, as a sign of change on the part of the Bush White House? Not that I'm in the business of advising the Republicans, or anything like that.
We've got the House back. Let's start using the power wisely.

I've just finished listening to The Reluctant Metrosexual. Great job on successfully articulating what it means to be "just gay enough." I think that's what actually allows me to occasionally encounter a beautiful woman. Definitely not the Urkel-like athletic ability.
My comment is going on this particular post of yours because I appreciate the Gerald Ford picture. I'm not quite sure why I've become obsessed with this man in the past 48 hours, but he seems to have been so darn friendly.
Keep writing.
