I'm probably already late with a posting on the Britney/Federline Divorce News, but I'm just getting to my Yahoo headlines. Besides, I'm about depth and commentary, not speed. All I can say is: I'm shocked. These two kids seemed truly in love, deeply committed and immune from the larger social ills which seem to have corrupted the institution of marriage in this fine country of our. I really thought they were gonna make it.

Fortunately, they went and had two kids, who, I'm sure, will turn out just fine. Maybe Madonna can just adopt them, and cut out the middleman. I wish we lived in a world where this wasn't major news. But we don't.
